What are the lease terms and rental rates?
You are welcome to work 24/7. The common area space will be open Monday-Saturday between 9 AM - 8 PM but individual specialists within the space might close earlier or later.
Are there restrictions on business hours or days of operation?
Yes! Your private studio is meant to be customized to fit your needs. We do want to keep an aesthetic that matches the space, but any equipment is welcome.
